A lighthearted yoga experience. This is what I like to practice! The chance to re-connect with the natural breath flowing into a sequence of posture from the Hatha tradition and the Yin Yoga philosophy. A moment to discover your true nature through a warm practice, with lot of attention to details and alignment to build strenght and flexibility to body and mind, in a contemplative and gentle way.
I like to end every session with a relaxing meditation or Yoga Nidra therapy to refresh and enjoy stillness, spreading out all the benefits coming from the practice.
